Meet Kendra Lee, LPC-S, CEAP, SAP
With over 20 years of experience, I bring both clinical expertise and real-world understanding to the therapy space. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S), Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
I earned my B.S. in Administration of Justice from Texas Southern University and my M.A. in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. Over the years, I’ve worked in community mental health, crisis response, alongside law enforcement professionals, higher education, hospitals, aviation, and in private practice. These experiences allow me to understand the pressures faced by high-achieving professionals who carry significant responsibility.
But credentials are only part of the story.
My clients often describe me as grounded, direct, thoughtful — and someone who knows when laughter belongs in the room. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to stretch beyond what feels comfortable.
My approach is integrative and tailored to you. I draw from:
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Client-Centered Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Solution-Focused Therapy
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you better understand patterns, process experiences, and align your external success with internal well-being. You already have strengths. My role is to help you use them more intentionally.
